Please email Qimeng Zeng at with your NSHE ID and NetID as directed in the OISS welcome letter. OISS will enroll you into the OISS Online Check-In and send you a notification via email.

The OISS check-in meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 10:00 am. You will check in at the front desk of the OISS office. The Office of International Students and Scholars is located in the Fitzgerald Student Services Building, 1st Floor, Room 120. Bring all your immigration documents to the meeting (passport, visa, DS-2019 and, I-94) and the pre-enrollment approval form signed by Dr. Sean Ward. Please arrive 15 minutes early, at 9:45 am to complete paperwork.

At this check in meeting you will have the MyNEVADA registration holds removed if you have submitted the immunization form and completed the online check in process. Additional information regarding maintaining your immigration status, class registration, the city of Reno, etc., will also be reviewed at the meeting.

NOTE: The department of Physiology and Cell Biology will provide an ID card to you at no cost. Please do not proceed with obtaining an ID card if you are directed to do so at the check-in meeting.
